Show is a very dairy doe who is strong in dairy character, with
lovely general appearance and a pleasing temperament. I’m
disappointed I missed my opportunity to have the quality show
pictures taken of Gold at the AZ. State fair when she looked
so good. So unfortunately, I only these late fall shots of her
on the milk stand, with an udder that is in the process of drying
up and missing the bloom it had. Yet, it would be hard to hide
her structural correctness that shines through on her just standing
on the milk stand.
The mammary on
this young doe is nice and shows a lot of promise. She has a
good height, width, side attachment with a decent fore udder.
Her teat placement is plumb and correctly placed on her mammary
floor with a strong. MSL.
Gold milked adequately
as a first freshener, holding a steady lactation, milking out
and collapsing down completely.
I believe Gold
will mature into a formidable competitor and excellent production
doe in the years ahead of her with the pedigree to support my
belief in her.
